REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Thank you so much for purchasing or consideration of purchasing one of my special pieces. I am delighted!
Whether it be an Original or Fine Art Print for your home, a commercial wall or a gift for someone special, I want you to be truly happy with your purchase and confident with our service.
For this reason, I have outlined below our Refund & Return Policy PLUS some Important Tips for the process of receiving your Fine Art.
RECEIVING YOUR ARTWORK…guide
It is our wish that your Artwork arrives safely ready for you to hang.
However, in the unlikely event it has been damaged due to shipping or freight we would be most grateful for your assistance by following these guidelines to help us resolve any issues as soon as possible. (Please note these are required to ensure replacement or refund at the discretion of Tara Stower Studio).
(We will email you these suggestions with your receipt of purchase to assist you in understanding the process for the safe delivery of your artwork and how to manage any damages that may have occurred during shipment or freight).
PROCESS:
· Before signing your delivery docket, inspect the package for any damage during shipping or freight
· Take a photo of any notable damage.
· Communicate to the carrier any damage and ensure it is noted and signed by the company on the delivery document.
· Inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item or any missing parts so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
· In any instance where there is any damage or fault please contact us immediately by email to tara@tarastowerstudio.com.
· We are unable to refund or replace any item damaged during shipping without the photographic evidence to support the claim.
CHANGE OF MIND
Please choose your item carefully. It is important to us that you love your purchase, however, we are unable to offer you a refund due to change of heart or mind.
However, if you are unsure may we suggest as an alternative purchasing a smaller print in Satin Canvas or Cotton Rag, unstretched and rolled in a mailing tube where we are able to offer you a seven (7) day change of mind as a store credit with a six (6) month expiration date. Please note, all Limited Edition prints offer only 20 pieces in each size advertised, that come with certificate of authenticity and numbered.
Satin Canvas or Cotton Rag Rolled in Mailing Tube
All Limited Edition Prints either on Satin Canvas or Cotton Rag are made to order. Your purchase will be sent off to print once your order has been finalised. It is important to me that you love the piece you purchase and therefore offer a 7-day change of mind policy only on Unstretched, Rolled in Mailing Tube purchases. This allows you to select a preferred piece or alternatively a store credit, with a six (6) month expiry, to the same amount of the piece of artwork your purchased. Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Original Fine Art Paintings and Fine Art Prints stretched and or framed
Any piece of Art that has been stretched and or framed have been custom made specially for you and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
Original Fine Art paintings and Fine Art Prints that have been stretched and or framed can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged. (Please see the guide for receiving your artwork).
RETURNS (If applicable):
· To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
· Items must be in their original condition with no damage or missing parts unless these are due to our error being a missing part or the wrong product. The customer must send a photo of the incorrect product or showing missing part immediately after receipt to tara@tarastowerstudio.com.
· Photos of shipping/freight damage and delivery docket noting the damage signed and acknowledged by the delivery company and emailed immediately to tara@tarastowerstudio.com.
· Certificates of Authenticity must be returned with the Art.
RETURN POSTAGE
A trackable or signed for delivery service is required for any returns. We are unable to apply any exchange, store credit or refund until the returned item is received by Tara Stower Studio at 9 Bertrand Rd, Sunrise Beach, 4567, QLD, Australia.
· The customer is responsible for return freight, shipping and any additional packaging costs incurred on returned items.
· For Missing Parts or Wrong Product: the cost of returned freight will be reimbursed to the customer once the items to be returned have been received. This is at the discretion of Tara Stower Studio.
GIFT VOUCHERS & GIFT CARDS:
· Gift Vouchers and Gift Cards may be transferable however are non-refundable or redeemable for cash.
