Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with Art by Tara Lorel Stower. Please review the following terms regarding our shipping processes.
Shipment Processing Time
Orders are processed within 7 business days after payment is authorized. We’ll notify you of any delays. Processing time may vary for custom stretching and framing. Below are standard delivery timeframes:
Rolled prints (canvas or cotton rag): Shipped within 7 - 14 business days
Stretched canvas prints (ready to hang): Shipped within 21 business days
Framed stretched canvas prints: Shipped within 3–6 weeks
Original artwork (rolled): Shipped within 7–10 business days
Original artwork (stretched or framed): Shipped within 3–6 weeks
Original artwork may be removed from the Stretcher Frames and posted Rolled in Mailing Tube at the customers request only if agreed by Tara Lorel Stower. Please contact tara@tarastowerstudio.com if you would like to discuss this option.
Note: Exhibition pieces ship after the exhibition concludes; we’ll contact you in advance to arrange delivery.
Order Tracking
We use registered express couriers across Australia using a variety of specialized carriers. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order.
Missing or Lost Packages
To reduce risk, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt. Please refer to the Guide: Receiving your art work.
Shipment Locations
We ship domestically within Australia and internationally upon request. For international orders, please contact us directly to discuss options.
NEW ZEALAND: Originals and Fine Art Prints Rolled in Mailing Tube in a variety of sizes are available for shipment to NZ on a flat rate of $39.99 NZ dollars in addition to the purchase price of ART. Tracking will be included. Rolled Originals and Prints will be dispatched within 7 days from the date of order and will be subject to international delivery times. One flat rate shipping fee will apply for multiple items in the one order.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship to both residential and commercial addresses. PO boxes are not accepted.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order ships. They may be affected by holidays, supplier delays, or unforeseen events like COVID-19 impacts. Multiple items may ship separately, but we will confirm preferences with you in advance.
Please Note:
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays
- Delivery dates may vary by location and courier service
- Check your shipping address carefully—we are not liable for incorrect addresses
Estimated Delivery Calculations Consider:
- Transit Time: Time from dispatch to courier
- Weight: Shipping cost is based on weight and delivery method (This is in the instance an item may require an additional fee due to weight or requests for fast tracked deliveries).
International Orders
International shipping is available on request via tara@tarastowerstudio.com. A custom quote will be provided. Tracking is included unless otherwise requested. We are not responsible for lost international orders without tracking.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to local customs, duties, and taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility. Delays may occur due to customs processing, which is beyond our control.
Damages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Please see receiving your package guidelines.
