Step into Tara’s welcoming home studio for a gentle, creative day immersed in acrylic painting.
In this workshop, you’ll learn to paint the much-loved Fairy Wren — a symbol of joy and lightness — while discovering the beauty of layering colour and texture in acrylics.

Guided step-by-step by Tara, you’ll explore the foundations of acrylic painting and learn simple techniques to bring your artwork to life with softness and movement.

Paint mixing and understanding colour harmony.

Building your painting in layers.

Varnishing and finishing touches.

Caring for your brushes and materials.

Take time to slow down, create, and enjoy a mindful day surrounded by art, nature, and good company. You’ll leave with your own finished artwork and a renewed sense of creative joy.

A delicious morning tea, lunch, freshly prepared by a beloved local café, is included — giving you time to relax, connect, and savour the day.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know at least 7 days before the workshop date to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the workshop will receive a 50% refund, as materials and preparations have already been made.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your booking to another person with prior notice.
